Eat Pork or go without

The backlash starting in France ?
Seems a bit harsh bring kids into the row just for political points , but you do have to question the parents for not allowing them to eat pork

That has nothing to do with secularism and France surely is not that stupid.

Hairy
Read the article
The mum says my 4 year old doesn't understand why she cant eat pork , my 9 year now feels different
Its the parents decision she cant eat pork nothing to do with the French government , the same with the boy
If the parents allowed them free will to choose their religion at say 13 then this wouldn't be an issue

Wow it is actually happening so this is not a joke or a thought, children are now being used as political pauns in France. If you ask most people of colour in france they will openly tell you of the french being racist and acting superior in nature. The stuff that they consider as satire to me is 1930's American journalism racism that is how shocking the drawings on that hebdo mag look to most sensible intelligent modern thinking people. Many on Who will say fuck em let em eat cake, but unfortunately France has a big Muslim population who,s significant minority be it with violence or protests will enjoy telling the world That they live in a racist xenophobic nation . Live by our laws yes, but eat as we do fuck No.

Leaving aside the stupidity of not eating certain foods due to religious reasons, the people that make these sorts of decisions (to use a school menu for political reasons) are not fit to hold office.
Rachida Dati has a certain je ne sais quoi.

In my view it is wrong very wrong and war on religion I wish them the very best with that move . Children now will in 20 years time say " I could not even sit and eat with my freinds because of their obvious hate toward my religion ". More polarisation will work against France.

That's why I questioned about schools implementing this
Its not the kids issue it a decision made by their parents , due to something written 1300 years ago or in the Jewish case 3000 years ago

True balders.
I'm never going to understand the need for religion or why people follow their arbitrary rules. Involving the kids is just wrong though.

Apart from abusing their children parents have the right to inflict their beliefs on their children. Would you stop parents from telling their children to support West ham ? . Would you stop parents Telling their children not to eat sugar chocolate and junk food ? The thing is non religious people do not get it but imagine all your best hammers mates coming round and your son or daughter are Man United fans who know nothing about your beloved hammers and to be honest do not care about them either, it is about culture most people cannot invisage their child supporting another team and it happens , imagine a religious persons child if you can and lets be honest you probably cannot and that is the problem.

I am 100% against fundamentalism but not eating pork is standard in Islam Judaism and once Christianity. Can you be a West ham supporter and not sing bubbles ?
That is the only way I can explain it.

If you're going to use those as examples, would you discourage a racist from teaching his children that black people are inferior if you could? Or that non believers are sub human?
It cuts both ways hairy.
